How I like the Class
I thoroughly enjoy Intermediate Technology. I enjoy the projects assigned to us, in addition to the videos we are allowed to make. The blog is especially enjoyable for me, because of the fact that it allows us to have our own website, which I love to do especially in my free-time. When I am at home I will view my blog, and take the ideas that google has applied to that template that I use, and apply them to my own website. This helps me to improve my own website, while learning about new methods of creating websites from regular html to htmlx.
Project Status
My projects are coming along well. I have finished my techno music review project. My other projects were extremely interesting. I enjoy creating the projects although I am frequently distracted from doing so. The projects I like the best were the ones that involve creating things. In addition to creating I would prefer to do something html or javascript oriented. I also enjoyed the group project that we were assigned and wish that we had more of that sort to complete. Overall...PROJECT STATUS - COMPLETED
St. Patricks Day
Saint Patricks day to me is a very unimportant time of year. Although my school is based around the Irish, when it comes to St. Patricks day "holiday", I become very... apathetic. St. Patrick is a very important saint within the Catholic Church, and I respect that, and give him the respect he deserves. But setting aside an entire day based on his "legacy", I feel in unneeded. Especially when people dishonor his name by going out to bars and what not and getting intoxicated..."all in the spirit of saint patties day". I feel that if we are going to set aside a day solely for saint patrick, then we should also set apart a day for all the other saints that gave their lives to the Catholic Church. In addition to the other reasons I disagree to the creation of this holiday I also think that this holiday has been "hallmarkisized". Meaning that this holiday has been so largely influensed by the corporations that it has become an excuse for them to create a larger profit during a time of year that lacks holidays.

Lent
Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, and is a period of forty days, which the Catholic Church sets aside to give up something that we love and is an annual commemoration during Holy Week of the Death and Resurrection of Jesus, which recalls the events linked to the Passion of Christ and culminates in Easter.
Lent was a peculiar this year. I forgot to choose my resolution and give up something until a week into it. I chose to give up chocolate. I love chocolate, and thus gave it up to prove to the Lord that I can give up what I love for Him.

Charles Hamilton
Charles Hamilton is a new music artist. At the age of 16 he began creating his own beats and making freestyles. Charles Hamilton's music style is appealing to all those who like rap, techno, and some rock. Charles Hamilton's "beats" are all made by him, and only by him, as he states in some of his songs. Although Charles Hamilton is new to the music industry, his revolutionary style of music is extremely appealing to all ages, and will be a huuuuge hit, as stated by his fans. His most creative song in my personal opinion is "WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER" in which he created the beat to the song solely from windows media player error sounds.
Rotax Karts
Rotax go-karts, are the new form of go-karts available on the market. The rotax international series is available for those male and female ages 13+. Rotax go-karts offer an appeal to those who dislike the constant maintenance of yamaha and dd2 go karts. The Rotax MAX Challenge is the biggest kart race series in the world. During the season, authorised BRP-Rotax kart distributors organiz national and internationa competitions around the world.
Neliel tu Odershvank
Nel is a female Arrancar that has light green hair in the manga, but in the anime she has blue hair with a slight green tint, a large scar coming down from her forehead to her nose, larger than average incisors, and a crimson line that stretches horizontally across her face right below her eyes. She also has the typical arrancar skull, but half of hers is missing due to the accident with the then 7th espada. She is a friend of Ichigo kurosaki, and dondochaka her brother.

Service Project
My spring service project plan is to volunteer at an aftercare facility at Holy Family gradeschool. I attended Holy Family for my seventh and eighth grade years. Although Holy Family has many "outside school" volunteers, meening that the volunteers have to direct connection to Holy Family school, they tend to pick candidates whom have attended, or have family that currently attend the school. This job would entail, cleaning after the younger children, watching/controlling the older children, keeping the younger ones under control, and making/distributing the children's snack.

My Invention
My invention has an extremely childish name. The "Gun Eradicator." The name speaks for itself, but it would not be used for the cause your mind instantly leads to you to. It would be used to return warfare to a time of swords and arrows. A time when warfare was not luck and whoever pulls the trigger first. Not to put down warfare with firearms. Firearms do take skill and the more skilled you are, the more likely you are to survive longer in a wartime environment. Although when it comes down to it when you are in a close combat situation and you and your assailant have firearms...It is whomever pulls the "trigger" first. This is why I would like to return war to a time of swords arrows and more of a medieval era. This would enable the strongest to survive, and lead to a more peaceful time. Because if there were no extremely longrange weaponry then we would be forced to travel at extreme lengths to achieve our goals. Also if there were no guns, skill would become the most vital thing in war. Possibly creating more jobs for those who are not intellectually intelligent/"book smart," but for those who are smart in other area, such as natural tacticians or skilled fighters, swordsmen. This is the time/era I would like to reside in. Although this seems like I would support a communist regime because of the comment about "the strongest will survive", I think that this would be able to fit into our everyday life, except without firearms we would just have swords.
Samurai Champloo
A young woman named Fuu is working as a waitress in a tea house when she is harassed by a band of ruffians. Another customer, Mugen, offers to take care of them in exchange for food, but ends up instigating a brawl. Jin, a stoic young ronin in samurai garb, enters the tea house in the midst of the fight. Mugen accidentally swings at him and they begin fighting one another, ignoring a fire that started during the brawl. They both faint from smoke inhalation. When they awaken, they find they have been arrested for the arsonous murder of Shibui Tomonoshina, the magistrate's son, and are to be executed. This is the Champloo series. I have been watching it for 3 years now, and I love it.
